The room was spacious. The bathroom included a separate shower. The hotel also offered free on-site parking. Breakfast featured a large selection of food, so everyone had choices.

The hotel pool needed a reservation that wasn't clear when I booked. This caused frustration since swimming was planned.

The receptionist was nice to deal with during check-in. I received an upgrade to a king room. The staff was very fast to refill items and clean up during breakfast.

a pleasant rest in a prime spot

clean room comfortable bed convenient location

i found the room super clean and cozy. the bed offered great support, i slept soundly each night. an upgrade upon arrival was a lovely surprise and was much appreciated. also, the location proved convenient. it allowed easy access to local attractions.

the room lacked air conditioning and it got quite warm at times.

worn carpet rude staff

I found the carpet in the room WAS worn. it was also dirty. the window did NOT close completely. The room became draughty. breakfast staff acted rudely, a large family got preferential treatment when selecting seating, a significant oversight.
